TGG Podcast & Videos Held Up?

Just thought I’d update folks as to what the hold up has been on the latest podcast and videos. As many visitors of TGG already know, I travel the country as a transporter so I can be on the road for a week or so at a time. On my last run, from Kentucky to Yakima WA, the truck I was delivering was struck by another vehicle in a truck stop in Big Springs, NE. I was sitting stationary when the pickup pulling into the truck stop didn’t see me – it’s difficult to see something if you aren’t looking in the direction your vehicle is moving – and slammed into the driver’s side of the truck I was sitting stationary in.

The truck was out of commission and I was stuck in Big Springs for three days (no offense to folks who live in Nebraska since I’ve always found Nebraskans to be very friendly but Big Srpings really is the middle of nowhere) and then had to be hauled to Cheyenne, WY where it was made road worthy again and I proceeded on to Washington state. Whereas I should have delivered the truck on 1/13 it wasn’t until this past Sunday before I got back to Illinois. In other words what should have taken me from January 9th to the 13th ended up keeping me away from home nearly two weeks. Add to this I have a fractured wrist and a tear in one of my lower back muscles so needless to say I’ve been slowed down a bit.

I’m happy to say I’m feeling quite a bit better so you’ll be hearing a new show next Monday, featuring reviews of Consim Press’ The Hunters, Stonemaier Games’ Euphoria, and Eternal Lies for Trail of Cthulhu from Pelgrane Press along with the usual news and views. Sorry to say I didn’t have a chance to put together any interviews for this episode but I’ll make up for it next time! Also I should have some new videos in the can very soon too!
