Our friends at Victory Point Games are once again going to offer a one day only sale compliments of “Crazy” Alan Emrich! The time will soon be ripe to pick up many of the great titles we’ve reviewed.

Here’s how VPG puts it:

The star of this update is you, the loyal customer, playtester, proofreader, designer, developer, and artist who make our games what they are, play and enjoy them, and – bless your hearts, this is where we really owe you – recommend The Little Game Company That Could to others. It is because of you that we closed a remarkable summer here at Victory Point Games, with much of it centered around great conventions beginning at ConsimWorld Expo, the World Boardgames Championships, and this weekend’s (September 2-5) Gateway (in Los Angles) and Pacificon (in San Mateo). These shows allowed us to meet many of you (again, or for the first time) and debut a lot of new game releases. VPG also managed to pick up new wholesale and store accounts this summer, increasing our customer outreach to those who may have never seen our web site or meet one of you, and our one-day “Crazy Alan” July 4th was nothing short of overwhelming.

So to thank you for all that, and for all the great news we are featuring in this update and many future updates yet to come, we’re going try a repeat, one-day only, Labor Day (September 5) Summer Blowout sale. Believe it or not, we can’t blame Alan Emrich for this sale, as it is a gift from none other than VPG’s operations director, Terry “TC” Coleman. He and business manager Joshua Gottesman have put their heads together to present you with an 8% across-the-site discount (on top of the regular VPG-reduced prices) on all of VPG’s games, expansion kits and accessories. This sale will run on September 5th only, from midnight, Eastern Daylight Time (9PM Pacific Time), for 24 hours. (The discount code is “next.”)
