Todd McFarlane, president of Image Comics and McFarlane Toys, chats with Jeff about the highly anticipated The Walking Dead Building Sets. Stay tuned as we take you front and center to McFarlane’s San Diego Comic-Con presentation to the media as he not only discusses the early waves of The Walking Dead building series (based on the hit AMC Television show) but also what the future could hold for McFarlane Toys’ upcoming line up of “building block” sets.
We’ll also take you up close and personal with the first releases which will comprise wave one of The Walking Dead Building Sets: individual figure packs, Daryl Dixon & Chopper, The Governor’s Room, and the Prison Tower & Gate. These releases hit this October, just in time for the premiere of TWD season five, and will carry MSRPs between $2.99 to $64.99 exclusively at Toys ‘R Us through the end of 2014. As Greg can also attest, photos and video just don’t do these sets justice as there’re mighty impressive when you’re standing right next to them!
