Amazingly enough a pilot (I suppose we can call it that) based on Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time setting, if only the prologue to the first book of the series, aired in the wee hours this morning with no fanfare or advance notice.

As someone who still thrills to the original Mad Max trilogy (Okay… the third movie was a little too kid friendly in my book though), I’m excited to see the first trailer hit the scene for Mad Max: Fury Road. Director George Miller returns to his post-apocalyptic setting for Warner Bros. Pictures as Tom Hardy takes the reins, from Mel Gibson, as Max Rockatansky: a man who mayhem seems to follow at every turn.
