Summary
Eberron: Rising from the Last War is a solid new supplement which will probably please those who haven't experienced the setting in earlier editions of D&D; those who are familiar with Eberron might find the book a touch lacking. The supplement doesn't seem as focused as previous releases but there's still plenty of gamable information throughout.
