On a whole I enjoy the Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica and think there's plenty of good pieces that can be utilized in your 5E D&D campaign. That said, I wouldn't run a Ravnica setting. The book does offer a good amount of info about the guilds, the districts, monsters, and more but it's and end all be all setting soucebook like some of the boxed sets we'd seen in past editions. I can recommend the book for those who play both D&D and M:TG and those who aren't vested in the two games might find this a harder sell.
