Arcanum Worlds and Modiphius Entertainment are teaming to bring a new Greek mythology infused adventure supplement to 5th edition D&D. I have to say the Arcanum Worlds group has some serious video game RPG chops and I’m interested to see what they have up their sleeves with a Greek mythologically inspired Odyssey of the Dragonlords. The project is over 150% funded and you can reserve a copy of the 280 page adventure supplement in PDF for a $22.00 pledge as an early bird – normally $25.00 once those 1000 copies have been reserved – or in hardcover for a $55.00 pledge through May 16th. Expected delivery on the digital products is June 2019 and physical books this September.
As I mentioned on the live episode of The Daily Dope last night, you can download a free 28 page player’s guide to give yourself an idea of what Odyssey of the Dragonlords is like right here.
About the project:
Odyssey of the Dragonlords is an epic adventure book for the 5th Edition of the world’s greatest roleplaying game.
In a land where even the gods are bound by oaths and prophecies…
At the dawn of time, a war between the gods and Titans left the world of Thylea forever changed. Thousands of years later, the first mortals arrived, carried by ship and dragon.
The Dragonlords were the champions who overthrew the Titans 500 years ago and forged the Oath of Peace. But the power of the Oath has waned, and now the Titans seek vengeance.
You are one of the heroes called by prophecy to end the conflict once and for all. Poets will sing of your deeds for centuries to come… if you survive.
From the lead designer of Baldur’s Gate, Dragon Age: Origins, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic…
Odyssey of the Dragonlords is a ~280-page adventure book, packed with full-color maps and illustrations. Our goal is to create a hardcover book that you can be proud to place alongside the official 5th Edition adventure books on your bookshelf.
