As someone who was involved in the hobby when M:TG first hit the scene there's a lot of Millennium Blades which makes me chuckle. I have to say the game must be pretty damn good for me to give it as high a score as I have while being rather indifferent to the art, not keen on the set up and break down time, and absolutely despising paper money in games. Millennium Blades is loads of fun and wonderfully presents the collecting and game play aspects of TCGs/CCGs in a uniquely abstracted way.
