Although the theme feels a bit tacked on, Mystic Vale is a lot of fun and an interesting new take on the deck building genre. There's plenty to chew on and a good number of decisions to make when assembling your cards and when to push your luck to bring more cards into play. The artwork is very nicely done, though the images are rather small, and the components are nicely presented as well. Certainly a near must buy for fans of deck builders.
