New Season of Frightshow Classics Horror Adventures are Up for Crowdfunding

Yeti Spaghetti & Friends have launched a Kickstarter to bring new Frightshow Classics horror adventures to gamers everywhere. There are a variety of pledge levels but you can jump aboard and reserve a special Jim Holloway cover adventure in print and PDF for a $20.00 pledge through July 3rd. Expected delivery is this October.

About the project:

This is our largest Kickstarter ever, where we hope to support a forthcoming season of gothic horror adventures and offer new accessories in our expanding tabletop RPG line. We currently have a total of 18 modern-day and historic scenarios that are easily adaptable for percentile systems of yesterday and today. Our catalog includes a soon-to-be-completed adaptation of the 19th century gothic horror novella, Carmilla.

Don’t have any other horror TTRPG books? Then just play each module with easy, follow along instructions! No rulebooks or other supplements are necessary. We provide 8 pre-generated investigator character cards with every adventure to make for a simple, fun night of supernatural roleplaying inspired by classic anthologies and monster films of the past. Custom-made maps and handouts are also included for ease-of-play.

For this fundraiser, we’re very honored to have the opportunity of adding another amazing cover illustration by the late, great Jim Holloway for an adventure later this year:

Our hope is to carry forth with our current production and, if we can raise above and beyond our goal, move forward with additional Season 3 horror modules later this year and into 2026. Paying real artists and authors is very expensive, so the bulk of the campaign funds will be going to fulfilling the pledges of this Kickstarter.

BUT…(said in my best Tales From the Darkside voice)…if we end up being wildly successful here, then our next two adventures, The Night Chicago Died and Valley of the Titans, which have been in pre-production for an extended period of time, will move forward. There are, of course, no guarantees, but know that we continue to be dedicated to keeping the old-school gothic horror TTRPG tradition alive beyond this campaign.
