While Noria certainly isn't for every gamer out there I found the mix of mechanics and "wheel building" aspect of the game to be mighty interesting. Pursuing victory points through support of the various projects is fun and you'll find yourself pondering how you assign actions to your wheel and your moves for upcoming rounds. There isn't much interaction between players and you might find your table a bit quiet with everyone pondering their actions.
