I share my thoughts on the new edition of Pathfinder, from Paizo Inc, while paging through the 600+ page tome. Keep in mind, I approach the review as someone with over 40 years of ecperience with RPGs as opposed to someone with an extensive knowledge of 1st edition Pathfinder.

Summary
While I can't say how the new edition of Pathfinder will be received by those married to 1st edition, I can say for those dipping their toes into the realm of fantasy roleplaying games for the first time will find plenty to love with this core book. I like the fact things have been truly streamlined and nothing was carried over from the first edition because it was a sacred cow. If you're in the market for a modern high fantasy RPG you can't go wrong here.
