I must admit I'm not the most well versed Savage Worlds person around but I found the two core books for Flash Gordon to be very well done, if containing some rule change concepts which seem more interesting in theory than in execution. Still, as references for running adventures set on Mongo or beyond, the two books can easily be utilized for not only SW but nearly any other RPG system of your own choosing. I especially love the inclusion of all the fantastic Alex Raymond artwork.
