Endeavor: Age of Sail (Burnt Island Games)A new and revised edition of the 2009 eurogame of exploration and empire building, Endeavor, is up for corwdfunding from Burnt Island Games and Grand Gamers Guild. In Endeavor: Age of Sail, two to five players will compete for mastery of the sea as each aims to expand an empire destined to go down in history. The game has well surpassed its initial funding goal. Endeavor: Age of Sail is for ages 12+, plays in around an hour, and you can score the retail edition of the game (plus unlocked stretch goals) for a $54.00 Kickstarter pledge through March 1st.

Endeavor: Age of Sail is a strategy board game set in the historic Age of Sail. Starting out in the crowded hub of Europe, you must struggle to dominate at home while sending ships to the closed regions of the world… and be ready to seize control when they open up!

The elegant gameplay is driven by five different actions (Occupy, Ship, Draw, Attack, and Payment), and five different attributes (Industry, Wealth, Culture, Influence, and Glory).
