Do you want to be a Hero or a Villain? Choose your side, grab your dice, and get ready to roll!
KAPOW! uses buildable dice, allowing you to add and remove dice faces during the course of battle. This makes for a super-strategic dice-battling experience. With each roll, you decide how to attack, defend, and power up your character by choosing where to place your dice.
The battles get more explosive with each roll and as you gain more dice and dice faces. KAPOW! is simple to learn (roll and place), but has layers of strategy as you customize your dice pool and leverage the unique powers of the KAPOW! universe’s heroes and villains!
At the start of the game you will choose a hero or villain to play. Each comes with their own “Super Board” showing their unique powers, starting dice pool and health.
Each round, players simultaneously roll their dice and secretly place them on their Player Board and/or their Super Board to attack, defend, or power up (gaining more dice and add faces to their buildable Action dice).
All players then simultaneously remove their player screens revealing their boards.
Players deal damage equal to their attack minus their target’s defense. Reduce your opponent’s health to zero to knock them out and win the game!
