While I highly doubt I would run V5 as written I do believe the authors have done a really good job of creating a solid core book to introduce Vampire: The Masquerade to new gamers. There are some seriously mature themes involved and each group of gamers will have to approach the game in their own way. I do wish the book had received another once over before being published to tighten up the rules presentation and disconnected way some of the chapters come together.

Thanks for sharing High Plains Samurai with your audience. We’ve received some additional feedback about the price for the PDF and have dropped it down to $10 USD while the softcover remains at $35 USD. I hope this makes it more accessible to your viewers. And like you mentioned, there is a free PDF of High Plains Samurai: Legends that people can check out to get a taste of the One Land and how the mechanics work.

Hi Todd. Thanks for taking a moment to clarify the pricing on the PDF. From what I’ve seen on DriveThruRPG your new system looks interesting and changing the current pricing to $10.00 seems like an awfully sweet deal.
