As the opening date, here in the U.S. at least, of November 8th approaches we see the publicity machine starting to kick into heavy gear with the new extended TV spot for Thor: The Dark World. I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t a huge fan of Iron Man 3 (I hated, HATED the whole Mandarin switcharoo and felt it was an “up yours” to legions of comic fans) so I’m keeping my fingers crossed TTDW is a much better effort for Marvel Studios.
