Summary
Overall there's plenty to like about the latest D&D adventure anthology even if the tales are a bit uneven and there's no overarching editorial voice throughout. Thankfully, there aren't any terrible adventures in the lot and there are a few solid stand outs. Sorry to say we see even more odd mechanical choices (such as seemingly rolling dice for no other reason than to roll dice) than usual in a 5E release because of the standalone nature of all the tales. I do like the release, and give it a recommendation, but your mileage will vary.
