Summary

Thirst for Blood is a solid if certainly not spectacular kick off to the Shades of Blood AP. Players and GMs should find encounters and set pieces entertaining. Something I've noticed plagues the Pathfinder adventures path campaigns I've seen, is the fact they never seem to feel level appropriate; they always come across as they could be statted for just about any level. As an example, Thirst for Blood doesn't strike me as the beginning of a group of players characters adventures or careers. It doesn't have that vibe. This could have started out for 6th, 10th, 15th, or really any PC level and the proceedings would feel the same. Not a deal breaker but something I have noticed.
