Summary
Pendragon is an excellent addition to the COIN series although it did feel a touch more complex than any of the other titles in the line. Strangely enough there really isn't any insurgency going on either, but that's okay. The time period certainly isn't one which sees a ton of game simulations and Pendragon is surely at the top for titles covering the subject as it's very intriguing as you play. Each faction is pretty interesting to helm and face unique challenges and events. The playbook is up there with the best I've seen from GMT too!
