Summary
If you're looking for a rules light RPG of urban fantasy/horror Sigil & Shadow might be worth a look. There's quite a bit I like about the system but I did find the seat of the pants magic spell creation process to probably bring the proceedings to a screeching halt. It also doesn't help that there isn't an introductory adventure or that Osprey isn't known for supporting many of their RPG releases.
