Summary
The Devil's to Pay might just become your go-to game when it comes to the battle of Gettysburg. The design is meaty enough to appeal to grognards while being accessible to newcomers as well. I especially love the details of the game map and the dose of chaos Hermann Luttman brings to his designs. If you enjoy ACW titles this is a must have.
