I share my thoughts on the alchemy focused Vault 5E: Mortar & Pestle from Cubicle 7 Games. Designed for 5E and 5E adjacent games – including Vault 5E titles already available – the book is loaded with new character options, rules, downtime activities, recipes, reagents, NPCs and more.

Summary

I was very pleasantly surprised by what I found inside Vault 5E Mortar & Pestle. This volume is jam packed with gaming goodness with plenty of new character options, rules, downtime activities, recipes, reagents, NPCs, and more. All of this is module as well so you can use what you like and ignore what you don't. This really is a must have for gamers interested in potions and such in their Dungeons & Dragons (or 5E adjacent game) campaigns.
