It seems as if every time we turn around there’s some other lawsuit being filed against Stan Lee. It appears Stan is facing another legal battle, this time due to his involvement with POW! Entertainment. In an exclusive Hollywood Reporter article, Eriq Gardner reports Lee is involved in a $3.6 million lawsuit claiming the comic book icon “participated in a conspiracy to inflate the worth of POW’s assets at the time of the merger, fraudulently took control of the Arturion company and, along with his partners, violated dozens of laws.”
So far Lee has been able to win just about every suit filed against him, most famously the various cases involving his former company Stan Lee Media Inc., but it seems as if we’re seeing a never ending merry-go-round of legal actions against Lee.
