Final Hours to Back ‘The Lords of Rock’ on Kickstarter

There are fewer than 48 hours left to back the latest Solarflare Games project, The Lords of Rock. Currently the game of cosmic battling bands has reached over 300% of its funding goal and there’s still time to get on board to claim a slew of unlocked stretch goals, including Great Cthulhu. You can reserve your copy of the game at the $20 pledge level.

About the project:

After ruling the universe for millennia, the gods have found their power diminishing and some have faded away completely. Those remaining are forced into a battle for their very survival: War would only lead to annihilation.

They have agreed that their battle for souls and power must be played out on the cosmic stage…  

… and that stage only allows Rock and Roll.

How to Rock:

You always wanted to be a Rock God and now you can be.  You pick a pantheon and select four gods to be your band (vocals, drums, bass and guitar).

You play a series of venues against the other gods using your set list cards to rock your band even harder, or to make it harder for the others to rock.  Where you finish determines how many soul stones you collect. The pantheon with the most soul stones after two rounds of venues, wins and rules the universe……..FOREVER!
