I look at the new edition of the grand strategy game Triumph & Tragedy from GMT Games. Two to three players take the leadership roles of Britain, Germany, and the U.S.S.R. leading up to and through the course of WWII. The second edition includes a mounted board, thicker counters, and a deeper box.
