The IT Crowd to Return for a Finale Later This Year

Something I always turn to when I need a good laugh is the UK’s Channel 4 show The IT Crowd. Sorry to say the show’s run ended in 2010 but if you haven’t had a chance to check the series out – it’s streaming on Netflix – you owe it to yourself, as I’ve yet to find anyone who watches the episode “The Company Outing” without breaking down into hysterics! Now following more than two years of pre-production with starts and fits, filming is beginning for a forty minute finale to the show starring Richard Ayoade, Katherine Parkinson, Chris O’Dowd and Matt Berry. It’s nice to see we’ll finally have a chance to properly say goodbye to fan favorites Moss, Jen, Roy and Douglas.

Word is the finale will air across the pond sometime later this year and here’s hoping we get a chance to check it out soon after here in the States!
