I share my thoughts about the controversial Delta Green adventure supplement God’s Teeth. In the tale, the players’ Delta Green agents embark on a nearly twenty year campaign focused on The God That Feeds. When I say controversial, I mean it as here’s the warning from Arc Dream Publishing:

THIS CAMPAIGN CONCERNS AND CONFRONTS VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN. SUCH SUBJECT MATTER CAN BE FAR WORSE, FAR MORE PERSONAL AND AWFUL, THAN THE USUAL COSMIC HORRORS OF DELTA GREEN. ABUSE OF THE HELPLESS IS ALL TOO PRESENT IN OUR WORLD AND IN THE LIVES OF MANY PLAYERS. READ THE ENTIRE CAMPAIGN BEFORE YOU BEGIN PLAY.

SUMMARY

God's Teeth is an excellently written and presented Delta Green campaign; of that there's no doubt. I can also firmly state there are many unsettling and creepy moments in the tale which will certainly make players squirm. I do have to say I wouldn't run this at my table though as it deals with subject matter I don't feel comfortable with in a game environment. I wanted to share my overall thoughts on the book but, since I wouldn't run the campaign, I've refrained from giving it a review score.
