This time around, I take a peek inside the Old School influenced Adventurous Fantasy Roleplaying Game from Dawnfist Games. The RPG, written by Sebastian Grabne, promises an easily accessible set of mechanics for newcomers and long time veterans to enjoy. The 186 page Adventurous hardcover is available for $34.95 through DriveThruRPG or grab just the PDF for $8.50. There’s an online quickstart for you to get an idea about the mechanics too.
