I dive on in to review the Mothership 1E Core Set box from Tuesday Knight Games and Exalted Funeral. The box contains the Player’s Survival Guide, the Warden’s Operation Manual, the Shipbreakers Toolkit, Unconfirmed Contact Reports, the Another Bug Hunt adventure, dice, and more.

Does Mothership deserve the accolades which have been heaped upon it? Or is this just another overhyped roleplaying game? You’ll find out!

SUMMARY

The Mothership 1E Core Set is packed with roleplaying game goodness. The core rules can easily be used for near future SF as well as its intended science fiction horror setting. All five books are very nicely done, especially the Warden's Operation Manual which is outstanding. This is a top notch RPG which I recommend very highly to game masters with a bit of experience.
