Paranoia: The Uncooperative Board Game to Arrive in Early 2025 from Modphius Entertainment

Modiphius Entertainment will be releasing Paranoia: The Uncooperative Board Game early next year. Based on the venerable roleplaying game from Mongoose Publishing, players will troubleshoot missions provided by The Computer in a humorously deadly dystopian future. The game is for two to six players, ages 14+, plays in around 120 minutes, and carries an MSRP of $49.99. You can preorder right now and shipping is expected in January.

About the game:

Security Clearance: INFRARED – Cleared for all citizens]

Attention Citizen: Welcome to Alpha Complex, the perfect (and in no way dystopian) city run by the benevolent and infallible Computer!

[The Computer is your friend! Trust the Computer!]

Welcome Troubleshooters! You are among The Computer’s most elite/expendable agents tasked with carrying out its completely in/sane demands.

Prove your loyalty!
Complete missions for The Computer (by sneaking, snitching, and scheming) to earn the highest Clearance Level!
Rest assured, your clone will absolutely not die in spectacularly horrible ways. In the unlikely event of their premature demise, your next clone will do better! Probably!
Shoot trouble in the face and/or other life-critical body parts with an array of perfectly un/stable and not prone to exploding equipment!
Report the treasonous activities of your friends! (Before they report yours!)
Complete tasks and step over the smoking boots of traitors/loved ones on your way to the top Clearance Level – Ultraviolet!

[Fun is mandatory. Failure to have fun is treason. Treason is punishable by summary execution.]

—MESSAGE ENDS—

A highly replayable game of sci-fi slapstick one-upmanship for 2-6 players, Paranoia: The Uncooperative Board Game will leave you and your friends in stitches – both figuratively and literally*!

*Medical-grade stitches sold separately.
