Deckbuilding Game Rescuing Robin Hood Arrives in March

Rescuing Robin Hood (Castillo Games)Arriving next month from Castillo Games is an interesting looking deckbuilding family game, Rescuing Robin Hood. In the game, designed by Bryce Brown, player take on the roles of members of the Merry Band as they aim to rescue Robin and a group of captured villagers from the Sheriff of Nottingham. Rescuing Robin Hood is for one to five players, ages 10+, plays in around 20 minutes per player, and will carry an MSRP of $44.99 when it arrives in March.

Robin Hood has been captured! As the leaders of the Merry Band you have only 5 days to come to his rescue, using all the Wit, Brawn and Stealth you can muster. Each turn you work together to rescue villagers captured by the Sheriff of Nottingham’s men. As more people are rescued new villagers join your side. Once you have built up your Merry Band you select your dream team, storm the castle, and fight one final battle to rescue Robin Hood!
Dozens of villagers have been arrested by the Sheriff of Nottingham. They look to Robin Hood to save them, but there’s just one problem … the Sheriff has captured Robin Hood!
