HeroClix 10th Anniversary Sets Hit in August

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the HeroClix superhero line, WizKids has announced two special stand alone sets.  Marvel and DC both receive their own editions this August.  Each set will include 24 all new sculpts with early and modern versions of 12 characters.  The early and modern versions can be played individually or together, joined by the Battlefield Promotion Mechanic.

The Marvel edition of HeroClix launched in May of 2002 to correspond with the release of the first Spider-Man movie, while the DC heroes hit store shelves in September of the same year.
