The Doctor Who Roleplaying game is British publisher Cubicle 7’s biggest selling roleplaying game, and this week it’s getting a relaunch with opening of pre-orders for the latest edition, as well as the PDF version going on sale.

Rumour has it that with several as-yet unannounced Doctor Who game releases joining the forthcoming “Dalek Dice”, the best selling “The Doctor Who Card Game” in the coming months, Cubicle 7 have changed the name of the RPG, formerly “Doctor Who: Adventures in Time and Space”, to The Doctor Who Roleplaying Game to make it clear exactly what each of their games comprises.

The Doctor Who Roleplaying Game is a set in the universe of the world’s longest running science fiction show on TV – the BBC’s Doctor Who. This new edition of the rulebook, fully updated with imagery from the Twelfth Doctor’s adventures, presents all the rules and background you need to have your own adventures in time and space in a single volume, including:

  • A complete set of rules for playing the game.
  • Rules for creating your own characters, gadgets and more.
  • A guide to creating your own adventures, as well as two new adventures.
