No news on today’s edition, but I do show you a bit of a how to play and review the blind bidding game Fist of Dragonstones: The Tavern Edition from Stronghold Games.

Summary
As someone who isn't really into auction/drafting sorts of games I was surprised how much I enjoyed the new edition of Fist of Dragonstones. The game moves along nicely (once everyone understands the easy to follow rules) and the various special character cards add nice wrinkles into your strategy from round to round. Probably not going to be everyone's tankard of mead, especially if you really dislike bidding games, and I do think the MSRP is a bit high for what's included in the oversized box.
