Summary
While I'm not thoroughly invested in Warhammer I still had fun with this new trading card game. The starter campaign decks are easily playable out of the box and the mechanics of the game allow for some interesting strategy. I dig the timing aspects of the design and it's interesting that you're leading champions who, in turn, are casting spells and leading their own units. I did find some of the borders to be too similar in color to distinguish each of the factions from one another. I don't think non-Warhammer fans will be on board though since the setting is a huge selling point.
