Summary
While there are some new mechanics and design decisions that might not make it to my game table during my Call of Cthulhu games, the 7th edition is still the number one option for Lovecraftian roleplaying. The Keeper Rulebook provides all you need to bring the Cthulhu Mythos to your game table, presented in an easily understood manner. Call of Cthulhu is still my go to roleplaying game and the most recent edition of the venerable system is excellent.
