A German U-Boat? In Chicago?

I took the family to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago today, to see the opening of the new Mythbusters Exhibit attended by the entire Mythbusters gang themselves. We stopped by to see the U-505 Submarine that has been on exhibit at the museum for as long as I can remember (I’m sure Jeff remembers it well). It occurred to me that there are probably not a lot of people in America who have seen a real German U-Boat.

The event is being billed as “the Southwest’s Premiere Strategy Game Convention.” Programming and guest information is a little light this early on, but the event’s website mentions games like Carcassone, Ticket to Ride, Shadows over Camelot, Talisman, Flames of War, Warhammer, Warmachine, Heroscape, Wings of War, Dust Tactics, Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dungeons and Dragons, Savage Worlds and World of Darkness.
