Comic book legend Stan Lee had recently cancelled appearances for the foreseeable future and it turns out the Pow Entertainment founder had underwent pacemaker surgery. The 90 year old icon was in good spirits and it sounds like the procedure was a success as he released the following statement:
“In an effort to be more like my fellow Avenger, Tony Stark, I have had an electronic pace-maker placed near my heart to insure that I’ll be able to lead thee for another 90 years.”
” Now I must end this dispatch and join my troops, for an army without a leader is like a day without a cameo!”
Here’s hoping Stan is up and running with his usual maniacal energy in no time!
