I have to sadly say H.P. Lovecraft’s work didn’t see many incarnations on the airwaves during the heyday of radio. Thankfully the well remembered series Suspense did take a run at the Cthulhu Mythos with The Dunwich Horror featuring Ronald Coleman. The adaptation isn’t the most faithful possible of the 1929 Weird Tales story but it’s still a mighty fine episode.
So for this evening’s Spooktacular offering, I’m happy to share The Dunwich Horror which aired on November 1st, 1945.
