I know a lot of people dug the edit I put together of At the Mountains of Madness BBC Radio 4 did a few years back and now, as a Spooktacular treat, here’s the BBC production of The Shadow Over Innsmouth – another of H.P. Lovecraft’s classic Mythos tales!
You know sometimes an all consuming interest in history and creepy seaside towns can be a rather unhealthy hobby. When our narrator decides to further investigate the decaying and dying Innsmouth he gets much, much more than he bargained for.
Although tonight’s show is quite a lot longer than usual (nearly two and a half hours) you still ought to turn out those lights and listen to Richard Coyle read a true tale of terror!
