The 2010 International Gamers Awards (IGA) nominees have been announced in the General Strategy category, broken down into multi-player games and two-player games. In order be eligible for nomination, the game must have been released between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010 and made available in multiple markets. These awards are some of the most sought after since the jury selecting the winners happens to be partially made up of many of the biggest names in game design!

Bravo to all the nominees since there are a ton of great games in the lists! Although I’ll be honest and say I am scratching my head at the inclusion of Burger Joint in this list since, in my opinion, it’s a rather week game.
