Havoc! The Combat Card Game Spread (Havoc Games)Havoc! The Combat Card Game is rapidly approaching its Kickstarter funding goal for Havoc Games. The game pits fighters, both historical and fantastical, against one another in card driven battle. The project is past the 90% funding mark and you can get aboard with a duel deck for a $15.00 pledge or go all in for a full set of 864 cards for a $75.00 pledge through June 1st.

About the project:

Havoc! is a cards-and-dice game replicating medieval combat. Players take on the role of Knights, Barbarians, or other fighters locked in deadly hand-to-hand combat. Two or more Players create their fighters, choose Weapons and Armor, and decide their fighting styles – then Players build Decks using Havoc!’s Combat Action Cards. To start fighting, Players shuffle their Decks and draw Hands. Cards show specific combat actions like slashing with a sword, thrusting with a spear, or parrying with a shield. Players roll two ten-sided dice (a Red Die and a White Die) and add them together to determine whether they hit their opponent.

The full set of Havoc! The Combat Card Game comes with everything you need to play any fight ranging from Ancient Egypt through the Middle Ages and up into the Renaissance. Havoc! is not a collectible card game — players do not need to buy anything else to build decks and start fighting. You can play Havoc! on its own, or use it to supplement your favorite roleplaying game and bring your fights right onto your gaming table!

The game is 100% complete – absolutely no art, layout, design, or rules need to be completed. We are turning to Kickstarter to raise funds for printing and distribution.
