Summary
Kids on Bikes is an exceptionally well done rules light, sandbox style of RPG. I can easily see parents introducing their tweens and young teens to the hobby by using this book. I dig the high level of collaboration between the GM and players to create the town, NPCs, characters, and so on. Truthfully though, I can't see the game appealing to serious min/max types or those aiming to run elaborate campaigns, but it's not designed for gamers of that sort in the first place.
