Very shortly you’ll see these following FRED Distribution releases on your FLGS shelf in November:
Stoplights (Mr B Games)
Stoplights is a clever, strategic 1-3 player card game that will challenge adults, yet you can play it with a four-year old. Learning to play Stoplights will take less than a minute, and games typically last 10-15 minutes.
CAUTION: Once you GO for it, you won’t STOP playing STOPLIGHTS!
Botswana (Gryphon Games)
Game designed by Reiner Knizia
On safari in Botswana, you might be able to spot lions, rhinos, elephants, leopards, and zebras. In this game, you will spot them for sure! But can you guess which ones will be worth the most at the end of this safari? Play the right cards at the right time, collect the best animals, score the most points and win the game. Botswana has easy and quick rules, it is fast to learn and yet challenging to play—for all family members young and old.
This is the latest addition, #11, in the popular Gryphon Bookshelf Series of family games.
Bridgetown Races (Gryphon Games)
Each year, the International Bridge Racing Association selects a city for its many bridges to host its annual Bridgetown Race. This year they have chosen Portland, Oregon USA.
Players using bicycles, taxis, buses, automobiles, the street car, motorcycles and sometimes their own two feet try to be the first to cross each bridge. Be the first to cross every bridge and you win the race!
Each round, players arrange for transportation by placing coordinators on the transportation mode or special action of their choice. Next the player chooses a transportation mode and moves their racer through the streets, trying to be the first to cross a bridge and pick up its flag.
The flag is placed on the player’s Bridge Completion card and the first person to collect all 8 flags wins the race.
