Summary
Master of Wills is an entertaining tug-of war sort of game which has a deck-building aspect which makes for an interesting 30 minute game. I have to admit the mechanics aren't revolutionary, and the cyberpunk theme isn't really baked into the game, but the gang and I have a lot of fun playing and it's a title which I'll be very happy playing more of to grasp some of the nuances which probably flew under my radar.
