This Fall Gamewright is expanding their lineup of fast playing dice games with Rolling America. The title will be right up the alley for family gamers as players look to be the first to fill their map of America based on what they roll. Rolling America will carry an MSRP of $10.99 in fine stores everywhere.
From Gamewright:
For the past 20+ years, award-winning game publisher Gamewright has scouted the globe to bring innovative games to American households. This fall, they will launch Rolling America, an original dice game created by Japanese inventor Hisashi Hayashi (Rolling Japan). Rolling America will complement Gamewright’s growing line of compact dice games, which include favorites Qwixx, Dodge Dice, and Go Nuts.
“I’m really excited to introduce Rolling America to game players throughout the USA and beyond,” says Jason Schneider, Gamewright’s Director of Product Development and Marketing. “The game is a fully immersive visual and mental challenge, since everyone plays at once. It also makes an excellent complement to Qwixx, which has quickly risen to become one of our top selling dice games.”
In Rolling America, each player tries to fill in a map of the United States using the numbers rolled on a series of colorful dice. The trick is that neighboring states can’t have numbers that differ by more than one, so it requires careful planning (and a little luck) to make everything fit. Everyone plays at the same time, attempting to complete their map with the fewest mistakes in order to win.
The game will be available in stores and online Fall 2015 with a suggested retail price of $10.99.
