The gruesome twosome are at it again as they tackle reviews of Call of Cthulhu The Card Game from Fantasy Flight Games, Frontline General: Spearpoint 1943 from Collins Epic Wargames, and Space Infantry from Lock ‘n Load Publishing.
Jeff shares a sneak peek at the upcoming Dawn of the Zeds coming from Victory Point Games and, as always, there’s the usual mix of news and views as well as an oddball reference or two.

Another terrific episode, thanks guys!
I have – and have very much enjoyed – pre-release copies of Dawn of the Zeds and Keep up the Fire! Two more outstanding entries in the ‘States of Siege’ series.
My very limited exposure to the Call of Cthuhlu Living Card game found it to be somewhat deterministic and it was just OK; I hadn’t realized that it came out back in 2004. I love Lovecraft mythos, but much prefer to play The Lord of the Rings Living Card game.
I’ve been playing Space Infantry for a while now, and as you mention the rules were too loose and made it a bit of a head-scratcher to start – LnLP should have done a better development job here, especially for a game that had been downloadable for a year prior.
Still, I really enjoy it and replayability is fantastic. It’s a very cool solitaire game with all the options and theme that it offers (despite the lack of a background story). Recommended.
Thanks guys! Yet another wonderful podcast. The only downside is having to wait two weeks for the next one. Keep up the great work – you guys provide a valuable service to the gaming community. Be well! Hermann
Thank You Gentlemen, we really appreciate all the feedback we can get. It’s not like a radio show where you can tell how many people are listening, by magic if I’m not mistaken, so it is nice to hear you enjoyed it. 21 shows already, I believe that makes us at least sophmores. That’s why I keep my humor sophmoric (ba dum bum). Thank you, thank you, we’ll be here all week. 🙂
