About the book:
Special Agency is a tabletop roleplaying game that allows you to participate with your imagination (and some rules) in contemporary action and adventure movies, series, books, comics and video games. Players take on the role of police agents in any of their multiple facets: federal, local or international; or get into the skin of terrorists, thieves and criminals in general, with the aim of having a good time of fun, investigation and tactical action.
The Special Agency World is the same as the one we find ourselves in. The Agents and the Overseer are players in a living environment, which works by the same rules as our own. Special Agency gets you right into conspiracies, adventures and exploration, political intrigues, criminal actions or police investigations. In the style of action series and movies, players can be at any level of an organization or be lone wolves; control the judicial apparatus of a city or become vigilantes with their own agenda. They can also choose a date between 1850 and 2099 for their Cases and Actions and a tone for their adventures: comedy, suspense, action, horror, adventure or tragedy. Although the game is centered in North America, it can be set anywhere in the world.
