The popular Trophy series of roleplaying games, created by Jesse Ross, is about to receive full length, hardcover core books and preorders are now open. On offer is Trophy Dark, Trophy Gold, and Trophy Loom as well as a variety of accessories. There are quite a few preorder options but suffice to say you can reserve each of the three books for $40.00 apiece or score all three digitally in PDF for $30.00. The books are expected to begin releasing in March 2021.

About Trophy:

Trophy Dark is a game of psychological horror. It’s about doomed treasure-hunters exploring an ancient forest that doesn’t want them there. As the treasure-hunters get closer and closer to the heart of the forest, it does everything it can to tear them apart, drive them mad, and, if they’re lucky, kill them. Even if the treasure-hunters survive the incursion and satisfy their personal goals, they will have done so at a terrible cost, and are mostly likely changed forever.

Trophy Gold is a game of desperation and risk. It’s about penniless treasure-hunters exploring the deep and forgotten places of the world, and the wonders and monstrosities they find there. The longer these adventurers stay on the hunt, the greater their chance of recovering treasures that will allow them to retire in comfort and security. But, should they delve too deep—should they linger in the wilds too long—their chances of survival vanish.

Trophy Loom is a system-agnostic setting book detailing the world Trophy takes place in. It can be used with Trophy Dark and Trophy Gold, or as the campaign world for another fantasy roleplaying game. It’s a tool to create new Trophy incursions, as well as to inspire the next great old-school fantasy module. Above all, it has been designed with flexibility and usability in mind—open it up and take whatever you need to make your campaign exciting and dangerous!
